Captain Back Scratch is an alternate brand concept from the LadyClickClack team. That team operates this website and its product waitlist. This notice explains what happens to the details you choose to share with us.

Joining the first pack

When the signup form is open, we collect your email address, any optional dog name and dog type you provide, and a record of your consent and signup date. We use these details to manage the Captain Back Scratch waitlist and send occasional product development and launch updates for this concept. We record the Captain Back Scratch source alongside your signup so we can distinguish interest in this concept. Joining this list does not automatically enroll you in another brand’s list. Signing up is not a purchase, preorder, or inventory reservation.

Successful signup saves your details to our waitlist. It does not currently send an automatic confirmation email. If the form says the waitlist is opening soon, submissions are disabled and no signup details are saved.

Who helps us run the site

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores waitlist entries in its D1 database. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare may process connection and device information, such as your IP address and browser signals, to provide its hosting and security services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We do not sell waitlist information or use it for targeted advertising. This site has no advertising trackers. Our separate comparison page uses limited first-party measurement as described below. Its fonts and artwork are served with the website. Only people managing LadyClickClack and service providers needed to operate the waitlist should have access to signup information.

Comparing our brand concepts

Our separate brand-comparison page may show different versions of our name, design or wording. It uses a random first-party browser identifier for up to 30 days to keep your version consistent. We count eligible visible page visits and successful new signups, and record which version was delivered. Repeat visits and duplicate signups are deduplicated. The identifier is not used across other websites.

We do not store raw IP addresses, fingerprints, referrers or full browsing URLs for this comparison. We respect Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the choice below. Direct brand visits and review links are kept separate from randomized test results. Your waitlist record may retain the exact page and consent wording shown when you joined. Anonymous conversion records use an experiment-specific keyed value instead of your email.

You can turn off comparison measurement without affecting the waitlist. Your choice applies to this website in this browser and clears its comparison identifier. It cannot automatically identify earlier visits after cookies have been cleared. Contact us about access or deletion of linked signup details.

Leaving the list or deleting your details

Email support@ladyclickclack.com from your signup address to unsubscribe, correct your details, or request deletion. Include “Unsubscribe” or “Delete my details” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify a request. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.

We keep your record while it is needed for the waitlist and requested updates. When you ask to leave, we stop using your details for those updates; when you ask for deletion, we remove the active waitlist record. Limited copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups. We will review the list when it closes and remove records that are no longer needed.

Questions or changes
